Mod Meditations™: Your Sunday Evening Sanctuary

We are back!  As we embrace the winter season, we are excited to launch our new Sunday evening winter series, Mod Meditations™ on February 23rd at 8:30 pm Eastern.  This weekly gathering is designed for modern women at midlife and beyond, offering a perfect opportunity to reset and prepare for the week ahead.

Led by Mod.Life Founder Jennifer Abernethy, Mod Meditations™ provides a 15-minute guided meditation experience, bookended by brief discussions to set the tone and reflect on the practice. This series is ideal for beginners but welcomes practitioners of all levels.

The concept behind Mod Meditations™ is simple yet powerful: take time on Sunday evening to visualize your upcoming week, set intentions, and connect with your inner self alongside a supportive community. As we gather virtually, you can participate with your camera on or off, sharing your intentions for the week.

Here are five short-term quick impacts a 15-minute meditation can have on your life:

  • Reduced stress and anxiety

  • Improved focus and clarity

  • Enhanced emotional regulation

  • Better sleep quality

  • Increased self-awareness & take some downtime for yourself

By dedicating this time to yourself each Sunday, you're investing in your well-being and setting a positive tone for the week ahead. Just go to www.Mod.Life and check our Events tab for Sunday evening 30-minute meditations at 8:30 Eastern through mid-April 2025.
